with和and的用法區別

with和and在用法上的區別是：

1、with是介詞，後面接代詞要用賓格，它接的成分只能做狀語或定語，不能做主語；and是並列連詞，它前後連線兩個相同的語法成分，如動詞、名詞、形容詞、句子等。

2、當and連線兩個主語時，謂語動詞一定是複數；而with要看“真正主語”的單複數，也就是with前方的名詞。

用with造句示例：
